Hello and Welcome to Novato Troop 42
Troop 42 has been serving Novato for over 65 years and has a proud history of community-orientated scouting. We are a part of the Marin Council of Boy Scouts of America, located in San Rafael, CA., and we are sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Novato.
We welcome young men ages 11-18 who are new to scouting, current Arrow of Light Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts transferring from other BSA Troops. If you have an interest in scouting, we hope that you will contact us and attend a meeting or an outing where we can show you what scouting is all about. Hopefully, you will join us in the adventurous journey to Eagle Scout Rank! We meet every Monday during the school year at 7pm at the Veterans of Foreign Wars building on Sweetser Avenue in Downtown Novato. Hope to see you soon!
